New patient visits are scheduled with extra time so we can get to know you, review your history in detail, and start building a plan that fits.
- Before your visit: we'll send paperwork ahead of time so you can fill it out in advance.
- At your visit: a full review of history, medications, goals, and any current concerns.
- After your visit: a written summary, any orders or referrals, and clear next steps.
